Authors who publish in Argos Journal retain the copyright of their works and grant the journal the right of first publication, as well as the authorization necessary for the dissemination, preservation, reproduction, and public communication of the published content in digital format.

All articles, essays, reviews, and other contributions published in the journal are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.

This license allows third parties to:

  • Share (copy and redistribute) the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the material.
  • Use the content for academic, educational, scientific, and research purposes.

Provided that:

  • Appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and the journal.

Authors warrant that submitted manuscripts are original works, that they hold the necessary rights for publication, and that the content does not infringe upon the rights of third parties. Should copyrighted materials (including images, photographs, figures, tables, or other resources) be incorporated into the manuscript, authors are responsible for obtaining the corresponding permissions and providing appropriate attribution.

Publication in Argos Journal does not imply the exclusive transfer of economic rights to the journal. Authors are free to deposit, reproduce, and disseminate the published version of their contributions through institutional repositories, personal websites, academic social networks, and other scholarly communication platforms, provided that proper acknowledgment is given to the original publication in the journal.

Self-Archiving and Dissemination Policy

Argos Journal supports open access to scholarly knowledge and allows authors to deposit the published version of their works in institutional and subject repositories, personal websites, academic social networks, and other preservation and dissemination systems. In all cases, the original publication in the journal must be properly acknowledged and cited.
