Abstract

Abstract

A dynamic novel is characterized by its constant motion; its narrative is non-linear, necessitating that the reader traverse back and forth alongside it for full comprehension. This form of storytelling requires a particular type of reader, as its fragmented structure challenges a traditional reader. In El último lector, a narrative mosaic emerges from the various stories referenced by Lucio; each of these narratives is essential for arriving at the final event and contributes to a suspense that keeps the reader engaged. This article will explore the aforementioned narrative elements, using the novel of Toscana as a case study.

Keywords: Narrative Mosaic. Fragmentation. Fiction. Dynamism. Intertextuality.
